Can't send report

Trying to send a bug notice, I get a beta bug: not being
able to send report.

Something about a proxy, and lowering my privacy
settings. Tried lowering security to zero (yikes!) and
sending. Nothingness.

How can I let them know about a problem, if the software
will not let me?

Poppa,
I just got off the phone with
my tech and he indicated that the
firewall in place would not allow
the report to be sent. He said
that it would take months to get
the permission to open up a port
to sent the report through, if it
were to happen at all, which he
thought was not likely. I will
try to send my report from my home
computer. Good luck.

Go to Realtime Protection > Internet Agents > scroll down > select "Internet
Proxy Server", ensure that it is not a deactivated checkpoint (right hand
pane).
 
Poppa-you've indeed got a bug. I've got a machine with this symptom myself,
and haven't been able to get around it.
