Your first problem is that you are allowing ESET NOD32 to mess with your
email. Email scanning in any antivirus should be disabled, for reasons
explained here:
http://thundercloud.net/infoave/tutorials/email-scanning/index.htm

Do you get an error message when you try to send or receive? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

I cant receive or send emails on my Windows Email. This is what pops up when
I send an email:

The host 'SMTP' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Subject 'Re: Welcome to Windows Mail', Account: 'POP3', Server: 'SMTP',
Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number:
0x800CCC0D

HELP!!!

Do you have a problem starting your own thread instead of hijacking
another?

SMTP is not a Host name. POP3 is not an account name, etc. In other words,
you have not set up your account correctly.

Either go to your servers Website and get the correct settings, or tell us
who your server is. Usually what is after the @ sign in your address.
