Can't send pictures using outlook express

I'm having a problem sending any pictures using outlook express. I didn't
have a problem before. I can't insert or attach a picture and have it send
it. Can anybody help me with this problem?

Before what? Think back to when this started happening and just prior to
that did you download and install any hokey programs from the Internet or
try to make any changes with your system?

Please be very specific and detailed as much as you are able, and make sure
to make additional replies/posts to your problem right here. Don't make a
new post about it.
