Can't send 'page by e-mail' in Outlook

When I try to 'send page by e-mail', I get a warning that says 'Not
Implemented' and nothing more happens.

One thing that could be confounding things is that I have both Outlook 2003
active and in use, and also an older version of Outlook (2002) on the same
computer (maybe irrelevant).

Any help would be great. I really like to use this feature a lot.

To set Outlook as the default mail client,- Go to Start, Run - Type in the
following with quotation marks and press OK
"C:\program files\microsoft office\office\outlook.exe" /checkclient
