cant send or receive

everytimei try to send or receive emails with this program i keep getting

have entered the server name correctly.

how do i change this so i can start using this program?

Your e-mail address is not the Host or Server name. Contact your ISP/mail
server, or visit their Website, for the correct account settings.

It is not valid to have the @ symbol in a server name.
Contact your provider for the correct mail server name.
