Hi. I'm new at this, so hang in there with me!
For the last few days I haven't been able to send or receive e-mail. My
internet carrier, At&t, walked me through checking to be sure all my settings
were correct, and still no luck.
I get a pop-up message when I attempt to send/receive mail and it's asking
me to verify the username and password, which I have over and over again. But
still nothing.
Is there a way I can reset my username and password and see if that will get
it to work?
