I connect via Comcast cable modem and am using the full version of Outlook 2002 that came with MS Office XP.

I cannot send or receive large files. Comcast says it is because of the settings in Outlook, but they only support Outlook Express. The directions for making the correction in Outlook Express do not work for Outlook 2002

First, is it really because of the settings in Outlook 2002

And second, if it is, how can I change it

Thanks!

Generally, email clients (Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, etc.) do NOT
impose any form of send or receive limits, these are the province of your
ISP. ISPs set limits to curtail Spam and for other reasons. What
instructions did ComCast give you to "correct" this problem using Outlook
Express?

I'm having the same problem. My isp told me the same
thing...that it is a problem with the settings in
Outlook. I'm looking for a way to change the settings.
