My ISP provider said I needed to contact Microsoft and
perform a "Rip and Reinstall" however Microsoft will not
support my software issue since I purchased the licensed
through Dell. Dell's service contract is only for
Hardware. Does anyone know how to perform a RIP and
Reinstall?
