can't send my windows mail.

How do I change the data so that my mail will send? This is the mssg. I get.
The host '(e-mail address removed)' could not be found. Please verify that you
have entered the server name correctly.
Subject 'Emailing: IMG000004', Account: 'POP3', Server:
'(e-mail address removed)', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
Error: 11003, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

You need to contact your ISP's technical support for instructions to get
your email account configured properly. (e-mail address removed) is not the name
of a server.
