Can't send messages

I have Vista and downloaded Windows Live Mail yesterday. I have an AOL
account that the help wizard set up. Yesterday, I was able to send and
receive emails, etc. until late evening. Now, my account will only let me
receive. It appears I cannot send anything out. It just sits in my outbox.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions. The error is listed below.
