can't send mail!!

i've been trying to use this program to send a msg concerning a tested
product, but whenever i click the send button all that comes up is this
error "The host 'New Windows Mail User <[email protected]>' could not be
found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly.
Subject 'password problems', Account: 'fv', Server: 'New Windows Mail User
<[email protected]>', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
Error: 11003, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D"

i attempted to repair it on my own, but failed and am getting very
irratated, could someone please assist me

Tools | Accounts
Double click the 'fv' account.
On the Servers tab what is listed for the Outgoing (SMTP) server?
'New Windows Mail User <[email protected]>' is not a valid server name.
 
Who is your ISP? Get the correct mail server name from your ISP's
website.
