when im trying to send my message through Windows mail this error comes up

check your error code by searching google for
800CCC0F
lots of good stuff.

Error number 0x800CCC0F is usually caused by your Anti Virus email scanning feature of by Having your Anti Spam filter being set to scan

EarthLink uses port 587 for SMTP and wants you to authenticate.
