Relay access denied', Port 25, Secure(SSL); No, Server Error: 554 Error
Number: 0x800CCC79. Any other suggestions?

That's not an OS issue, that's an error from your ISP. Apparently, you're
connected to a network that uses a different ISP than the one your SMTP mail
server is located on. Some ISPs reject "relayed" mail, i.e. mail
originating at an ISP other than your own, on the belief that it is spam.

I will check with my provider again, but they said all settings were fine.
Thought it had something to do with Norton AV, but I shut it off and also
uninstalled it and still have the problem

This article explains "Relay Denied" error messages and applies to ALL email
clients regardless of manufacturer:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290842/en-us
You receive a SMTP relay blocks error message when you send e-mail messages
in Outlook
