Can't send from Windows Mail

I can receive email but when I go to reply it comes back with this error:

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Re: ', Account: ' (I took this out
for privacy)', Server: '(I took this out for privacy), Protocol: SMTP, Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0B

Any idea why it is doing this and how I can fix it?

Why you should hide you server is beyond me but
I do know that you are making it extremely difficult
for anyone to help you by doing do.

No one can confidently specify ports for an unknown server.

That said... which AV are you using or is that a private matter too?

I ask because certain AV's such as (deleted for privacy) are incompatible
with Vista/Windows Mail and can cause similar problems.)

All you can do is try again later. 0x800CCC0B means the server
on the other end is busy at the moment (or has crashed, been shut
down for maintenance, or whatever)

Did u managed to solve the problem? I encountered the same message the whole

As I mentioned no one can analyse the message since essential
information (that is not a security threat to the user) is missing.

The server name is crucial to saying what is wrong.

Secondly I doubt very much that you do have exactly the same error
and do not understand how you can say it is the same when the server name
has been obscured. If you want help, posts your message.

Note. You email address is the only part that should be left out
as that would be a sort of security threat as you would be risking spam
and it, alone, isn't required for analysis.
