I have not sent one email yet. i have no stuck emails in my outgoing box
either. I keep getting an error saying to check the format of the reciever.
If it doesnt do that, it says that the wormstopper blocked all email being
sent out. I have tried everything, including trying to put the email
protection off. When i do that it says that i have an error and cant do that.
Help me please!!!

please copy and paste all errors received, disable any mail scan options in
your anti virus software, and uninstall any anti-spam applications.

What is worm stopper?

Sounds like you are running some incompatible third party
security software. Windows Mail is not compatible with most
McAfee or Norton security programs. Those will need to be
uninstalled. Then try your mail again. It should work now.

Then, at your convenience, install a more compatible antivirus
like the free Avast:

Gary - I have the same problem in that McAfee has blocked my outgoing email
with Wormstopper, even though my trial period was over and I did not purchase
the program. I hate McAfee! Other than just clicking on and running
uninstall, do you know of a way to ensure all McAfee files are removed. I
found a website called EzTools at
http://uninstall-mcafee.com/?gclid=CO-jrMLKnY8CFRGCGgod8z6Qeg guaranteed to
work but you have to purchase the program. Never heard of them and was
slightly skeptical. Your answers are always helpful - I've followed other
suggestions you've made and they've always worked!

Good to hear!

Thanks, Gary. I successfully uninstalled McAfee and downloaded the Avast
antivirus. All is perfect (for now)!

Don't buy any unnecessary third party programs.
Go to Control Panel, Programs and Features, and uninstall anything
"McAfee". If something won't uninstall, you can download McAfee's
removal tool:
