Does anyone know what Error Number: Ox800CCCOE means???? Where can I go to
look up Error numbers RE Windows Mail??? Any HELP will be Appreciated b/c
this is frustrating to not be able to Send email in my outbox....tnx

Error numbers such as 0x800CCC0E are hexadecimal therefore they never have
the letter "O" in them. The "0x" prefix is the C++ language's way to specify
hexadecimal and are therefore the common way for Windows to format error
numbers. After the 0x there will be 8 hexadecimal digits, where the digits
consist of the numbers 0-9 and the letters A-F. For you, if you search the
TechNet for:

0x800CCC0E 10060

You will get results that are likely relevant.
