I have one email account configured in Outlook 2002, my
hotmail account.
I can read, preview, and delete (or move) messages in the
hotmail account: But I can't send email!

Help!

Office XP (all updates) on WIN2K (all updates and sp4)

When trying to send an email, I get this error:

Task 'Hotmail - Sending' reported error
(0x800CCC35) : 'The server cannot process the request. The
server responded 'Method Not Allowed'. '

This is the url displayed in the address bar:

http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/office/redirect/10/Outloo
kHotmailNav.asp?
viewonly=1&f0=72l111l116l109l97l105l108&f1=74l117l110l107l3
2l77l97l105l108

I included the URL because I noticed the "viewonly" part
and wondered if that was significant?

A reply to my email rather than this post is fine by me,
any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks in Advance.

You're problem is that you're not accepting cookies from hotmail.com -
you've probably set your privacy settings in Internet Explorer to "High".
To accept cookies from Hotmail, open Internet Explorer and go to Tools ->
Internet Options -> Privacy. At the bottom of the page, click the "Edit"
button, add hotmail.com, and set its entry to "Allow".
