Windows Mail is not a server, it is an email program.

The error message says '(e-mail address removed)'' is an invalid address.
Note that there are two single quote marks at the end. So one of those
quote marks is what you entered or what your Contacts entry has.
You can't have a quote mark as part of an email address.

Gary, I tried what you suggested. When I go to give my details to log onto
the mail.theaudioarmy.com server it just keeps asking for my details.
This is a recent problem. I have been able to send emails without any
problems up until the start of this week. will i need to contact my ISP?

For almost a week now, I have been having massive problems in sending emails
from my outbox in Windows Mail Vista. It began about Tuesday or Wednesday,
and the only thing that will allow those to leave (and I've tried all the
suggestions I've found in these discussions) is to turn the computer off and
wait till the next day. This is a new problem and is interfering drastically
with my ability to communicate . Since I am the Communications Coordinator
for our church, this is totally unacceptable. Was some update made about
that time, that might have caused this? I am totally frustrated, and it
looks as if I am NOT alone!!

You haven't told us any symptoms besides not being able to send.
What happens when you try? Do you get an error message? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

Please copy and paste the entire error message you receive when you attempt
to send the email.

i have tried that loads of times but still it says connecting to j6u6u6
everytime
