Can't send email from outlook

I can receive email with no problems, but sending is a difffernt story. I
have tried sending a test email with no luck. outbox sends it but it doesn't
reach it's destination. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Did you really mean "Outlook"? If so, you've reached the wrong forum.
This forum (really a newsgroup) deals mainly with Vista's Windows Mail
program.
