or POP3, I haven't a clue as what this means, I haven't even a clue where to
find the name of the server, they want an in and out, what on earth does this
mean, can any one tell me, I am at the end of my tether, I'm a lady of 61
years old you know, this isn't good for my health, or the computers' if I

It's pretty simple, really.
You have to tell the email program where to go and retrieve your email.
Who provides your email account? Roadrunner? BT? Yahoo? AOL? Comcast?
Go to their support page for email.
They should have the server names listed, and usually instructions on how to
fill in the information for many email programs. If they don't have
instructions for Windows Mail, use the Outlook Express one.

Don't let your age be an excuse. I'm older than you.

You pay good money to your ISP every month, so call them up
and ask them to walk you through it.
Alternatively, your ISP will have a web page with instructions on
how to set up a mail account. If they don't have instructions for
Windows Mail, the instructions for Outlook Express will work.

You can also tell us who your ISP is, and we will look up the
settings for you.
