Can't send e-mail Error message says can't find WAB DLL

When I try to send an e-mail in either Windows e-mail or Outlook, I get th
efollowing message..."An error occurred while attempting to open Windows
Address Book. Unable to find the WAB DLL."

What needs to be done? I tried resetting my settings, but that didn't help.
Any ideas?

Which version of Outlook? Those older than 2003 have problems running
under Vista.
 
My Outlook is 2003, but don't think that can be the issue as Windows Mail
won't work either.
 
Strange, because Windows Mail doesn't use WAB.DLL.
How are you opening Windows Mail?

You should also pursue the Outlook aspect of this problem
in the Outlook newsgroup.
