Can't send e-mail, but can recieve it

I'm getting this error message when I try and send an e-mail

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Re: TRIVIA QUESTIONS',
Account: 'pop.secureserver.net', Server: 'smtpout.secureserver.net',
Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number:
0x800CCC0E
 
I changed my Port from 25 to 80 and that worked! Thanks!

25. Double check ALL of the settings & check boxes.
