Can't select different fields in text import wizard

When importing a text file, in the 4th wizard step where
you can select each field, name it, and assign it a type,
I am unable to select any field other than the first.
Clicking on a different field highlights it, but the
information in the top panel remains that for the first
field. Has anyone seen this behavior and/or does anyone
have any possible fixes?
