Can't seem to fully download the critical downloads

I have tried three times to download the critical
downloads and appear not to be having much in the way of
success. Can someone help. I get to the website, I find
the correct area, I start the download, but when it gets
to "4 minutes"...it does nothing. It stays at "4
minutes" for over an hour.
Any suggestions would be fully appreciated. In advance,
thanks so much.
 
EVERYONE is hitting that server simultaneously. You will just have to be
patient, sorry.
