can't seem to create movie

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SAVE A MOVIE THAT IS IN MY TIME
LINE, IT PLAYS FINE ON THE COMPUTER BUT I CANNOT SAVE IT
TO DISC OR FINALIZE THE FILM. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT I CAN
COPY THIS MOVIE TO GIVE OUT TO MY SOCCER TEAM. WHAT CAN I
DO TO CREATE THIS MOVIE. I HAVE SAVED CLIPS FROM 20
SOCCER GAMES. I DONT WANT TO LOSE THIS PROJECT. CAN
ANYONE HELP?

This is the message recieved:

to the specified location. Verify that the original
source files used in your movie are still available,that
the saving location is still available, and that there is
enough free disk space available,then try again"
I have around 50 gig left on the hard drive, and have not
deleted any files after editing. The full viedoes are
still present. When I click on searching for missing
files the line is grey(Iassume that means they are ok).
