Hit F8 just before the OS loads and see if you can get to safe mode.
If so, delete your video card in the control panel,
reboot and then install the correct drivers.

If you cannot get to safe mode, perform a repair install

(google for instructions)

Should be doing the repair anyway: the motherboard drivers are going to
be wrong, too.

The new motherboard should come with a disk that has all the on-board
drivers, graphics, sound, USB and everything else. These disks usually
run automatically and install all the new drivers you need. You can't
just leave old drivers on the hard drive from the previous board and
expect things to work. It is a new board and all the slots are PCI then
one of them has to be PCI Express for a graphics card that are the
latest and most souped up graphics cards but unless you are playing high
powered games the on-board graphics should be good enough. If you for
whatever reason don't have the disk with the motherboard drivers then
you have to go to the website and download all the drivers for the board.
