can't see w98 share from w2kpro

can i see w98se shared files & printers from a w2kpro station, and how
any advice appreciated.
 
Can you see the computer itself in your network places? Can you ping the
Win98 PC by name?
 
i tried just ping 192.168.0.3, not with its name, and ok
i can see sometimes the computer when wait very long time and/or press F5 after that, it's possible to see just a few of them.
