can't see the image "Import"

I imported the movie but i can't see the image, the screen is all black and I
can hear the sound.

How could I fix it?

i imported the video - How? From where? Using what apps?
Ican hear but i can't the image - what file type is it? WHat app are you
using to watch it?
How can I fix it? - maybe we can help if you can supply the info above and
any more that you feel would be sueful.
