I have a user that I updated from OE to Outlook 2002 and
now he can't see any public folders, he can't even see
the Public Folder it self. I have checked all the
permissions and everything looks good. Any ideas what
might be causing this...Thanks Brian

Did you check his profile? Unless he has the Exchange service, he won't see public folders (or his mailbox).

Profile = Outlook Profile. You can check it in Control Panel | Mail or Tools | E-mail Accounts. What services does he have?

What does the user see for the top-level folders in the folder list?
