Thanks for responding so quickly. I disabled the add ins as you
suggested, but to no avail.
I finally got to speak to a microsoft tech who spoke english. (I nearly
dropped dead!!!!!!!!!!!!). She was from Nova Scotia. She figured out it was
the fonts and some of the boxes that were checked under each font tab that
were to blame. Outlook is as good as new.
Again, I want to thank you for you help. I will leave the Adobe add-ins
disabled just in case.
