Hi,
I designed a new Outlook Form that a user can fill out and email via
outlook. The form has two tabs:
Message StudentConduct.

When performing a test, I fill out the form for both tabs and email the
message to myself. When I get the email and open it, the new tab (Student
Conduct) does not show. Just the basic message.
Thanks,
Jeff

Make sure you're following all the steps necessary to ensure that the
recipient gets your message in rich-text format and has access to the form
definition. The details depend on your version of Outlook and mail
configuration. Also the form may need a read layout. See

Thanks Sue,
Took your advise and found out I had to right click on my email
address in the TO: line, go to properties and tell OUTLOOK to send RTF. The
block for "Internet Format" is set to "Let Outlook determine the best way to
send"
We are using Outlook 2002. I checked under Tool-> Options->Mail Format and
the "Compose in this Format" block is set to Rich Text. Just wondering why I
have to set to RTF everytime when sending an email when the default seems to
have been set to RTF. I don't want all my users have to make this change
everytime they use this form.

P.S. I have a copy of your book "Microsoft Outlook Programming" on my desk
as we speak. Couldn't have gotten this far without it.

Two settings are involved -- the format in which you compose the message and
the format in which recipients get the message. They're not necessarily the
same.
