Running Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003. User A has shared his Contacts
folder with User B. This works fine.
User A then created a new "Contacts" folder underneath the default Contacts
folder and named it "cardfiles" and also shared this folder with User B.
However, this new folder does not show up for User B.
I have checked all permissions and sharing and it is correct. I then added
myself to the permissions and sharing list for User A and I experience the
same thing. I can see and access his default Contacts folder just fine but
I cannot see or access the new folder (cardfiles) underneath Contacts. The
new folder has been checked to be "visible."
What am I missing here?
