can't see my switchboard

i have created a switchboard in my database but now i can't see it. I looked
under forms and all other but it's not there. when i open the switchboard
manager i see it and it seems to be fine but i just can't access it. help!

You have either hidden the form or deleted it. Check if it's hidden by
clicking tools, options view, show hidden objects.
If it's gone, try to rename the switchboard table, start the switchboard
manager, let him create a new switchboard, delete the new switchboard table
and re-rename the old one.
Or maybe you have renamed the form?
