i am running Outlook 2002 (XP). I upgraded from 2000. i have two sets of
folder groups (Archive Folders and Outlook Today - [Personal Folders]). When
I compose an email and clickthe "to" field, there is not contact/address
book. Nothing in drop down or anywhere. When I go to Tools<Email Accounts
and click on any of the options through the next two windows, i get this
message "The account you have added is not fully configured. It might not
work propoerly until re-configured correctly." I have the software discs
(legally), so shouldn't I have the rights to configure this? I installed
following the prompts and this happens....Anyone help?

First try running Detect and Repair from the Help menu -- have your Office CD
handy. If that helps you get past the first screen or two of the E-mail
Accounts section, we can fix your Outlook Address Book problem.
