I am using Outlook Express - have been for quite
sometime. 2 days ago, I awoke to a blue screen on my
computer and now Outlook Express seems to be corrupted.
When I open a message, the gray header bars appear at the
top of the screen, but nothing appears below where the
message body should be. It's like the bottom half of the
window is not being written. All that shows on the bottom
is the previous list of messages. The same applies when I
try to send email - there is no bottom portion of the
screen for me to write in and I cannot complete an email.
If I set up preview pane, I can see the message body.
This only applies to my account. My husband's account
seems to be fine.

I have downloaded and reinstalled the latest OE and the
latest patches. I have tried moving my store folder. Is
there anything that can be done short of losing all my
saved messages? I am running OE 6.0 on Windows ME. Many
thanks.

Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
