Can't see latest version of web pages

Hi there - not sure I'm in exactly the right place - apologies if not.

I look after my village website and have done several large updates in the
last few days. I use Frontpage 2000 and XP SP2. Never had any significant
problems in the past 3 years.

A guy in my village is using 98 :(((( on his home PC and XP in his office.
He tells me he can see all the updated pages fine on his office PC, but is
still getting pages about 2 weeks old on his home PC, despite having followed
my advice to do a complete shutdown and boot, clear his cache, history etc.

Sorry - don't know anything else about his configuration except he is using
98 and MIE.

Any ideas ? Thanks

I'd say, for starters, if it's not set to be offline content and not being
synced then a simple pressing of the shift key while clicking on the refresh
button should do the trick. (That's a forced refresh by the way.) It sounds
like he's probably got it set to be offline content, when he next deletes
his temp internet files have him tick the option to delete offline content
before processing it.
