Can't see groups in AD on workstation

When I look at a user in an OU, I click the "member of"
tab and it only shows Domain User, yet when another
person does the same thing under their account, they see
all the groups the person is a member of in AD. There's
no filtering or anything like that applied.

This has happened on both W2k and XP workstations. Any
ideas?
 
Hi Steve-

Between you and the other user do you all share the same domain priviliges?
What about your group memberships? Do you have an group policies applied
(user or computer level)? Does this happen to you at all workstations
including a DC?
