Cant see details Appointment

When i open my callendar, i can see the subject, and the location....
when my colleque opens my callendar, he can see the subject, location and
the rest of the details...

Like this

Meeting
Room 505

Meeting with Alex (061111111)
discus about topdesk.

Now is my question, how can i see those details when i open my callendar or
those from my colleques?

it was view, current view, day week month wit autoview!
