If I go to My Network places\<servername>, I can see all the folders, webs,
and virtual directories listed, but I can only see the contents of the
folders and virtual directories. The FP webs just show up as empty. I'm an
administrtor on the server. I should be able to see everything, right?

Anyone ever come across this?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

What happen when you open the web directly in FP via File Menu | Open Web,
then enter the URL, then your login info, click Ok, then click Open?

In the dialog to select the web, I don't see any files, but when I actually
open the web, I see everything in the file list.

P.S., it doesn't ask me for any credentials

That is correct. When you open a web directly on your local machine you may
not be prompted for login. If this is on a remote host, then you need to
contact them, if you do not get prompted for login, after just starting your
computer or start FP for the first time during your current computer
session.

OK, I found a temporary workaround.
I set the webs to allow directory browsing and that let me see what i needed
to see for the moment, then I set it back.
