I have only had my computer for a short time and when i was setting it up I
attempted to load a hp movie writer which made the computer stop seeing the 2
cd/dvd drives I was able to the restore the computer to a reset point but I
had loaded a number of items after that. Query whether the drive caused it?
I loaded a fly pen driver and then after i was able to use the cd drive for a
day or two and then the same problem. This time resetting did not solve the
problem and I again spent several hours on the phone with the Dell support
people. Once again a family member tried to install the hp movie driver and
subsequently the cd drives are not seen by the computer. Again the reset.
The computer sees the drives but now i can't use my itunes because it says it
does not have crucial compotents. I download itunes successfully and again
the computer cannot see the cd drives I am ready to throw this useless paper
weight away please help has anyone else had this problem?
