Have an issue:

I am running Outlook XP/Exchange 2003. When someone tries to schedule a
meeting and they're viewing attendee availability, they can see when a
person is busy but cannot see the detail of the appointment. In the
previous version of Exchange, you could place the mouse over the
appointment and get the information about that appointment. It seems
like a rights issue. Nobody but me (full exchange admin) can see this
appointment info. Other full exchange admins cannot see the appointment
info.

Any help?

Go to the MAIN Outlook window, go to the Tools Menu and
down to Options. In the Options Window clik on the
Calendar Options button. In the Calendar Options Window,
click on the Planner Options button. In the Meeting
Planner section of the Planner Options Window, place check
marks for each of the 2 options. Close out and go back to
the Apointment in the Calendar. When you hover over the
appointments, detailed information will pop up. Hope this
helps.

thanks for the tip, but alas, it did not fix my problem. Those two check
boxes were already checked. This problem is out of the ordinary. Seems like
a rights issue. Any other ideas?

Are the appointments marked Private?
