I imported my emails into windows email from outlook express yesterday.

But when i open windows mail today, it says i have unread emails in all the
folders (inbox, sent, my folders), and if i right cick and do properties, it
shows 105 unread, 1000 total.

But they do not display at all.

in view i am showing "show all messages"

Any ideas?

You probably also have 'group by conversation' selected too? Alt, V, V, G on
each affected folder will probably show the hidden messages.

I also can't see my emails. It says they are there. Did the Alt-V-V-G and
nothing so I switched to Show All and still nothing. Anyone have any answers?

They may not have imported correctly. In Explorer, go to the Imported
folder where the messages should be under the Message store (Tools | Options
| Maintenance | Advanced | Store Folder - hidden) and see if there are eml
files that correspond to the messages or not.

Can't see mine either - unless I restart the computer then I am sometimes
lucky ... once all the folders disappear there is no way for sending or
receiving in the programme either. Anybody any idea???

Uninstall any Norton or McAfee antivirus since they are
incompatible with Windows Mail.
