Many times when I am using a program I can't see all of
the information in the Active Window and there is no
scroll bar or other tool to enlarge the Window so that I
can see teh options. For example when I try to use my
printer, I can't see any of the information on the right
side of the window (which are color, brightness etc..)
options. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you using a higher DPI setting in Display properties> Advanced? If yes,
you may find that some windows do not rescale properly to show all text.
You could switch back to 96 DPI. Open the printer properties box. Get
familiar with the different settings and their order. Then go back to your
preferred DPI setting.

If you are using default settings and are missing text, you're dealing with
a poorly designed window from the printer manufacturer. Contact for a
workaround or solution.
