Can't See All Calendar Items

I one user who is having a problem seeing all of the items on a shared
calendar in Outlook. All of the other users are seeing it correctly.

Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?

A few shots in the dark:
- does the troubled user have the same rights to the folder
- is the user using the same view/filters for the folder
 
Actually this user is the folder owner, but yes sheis using the same view as
the others.

I'm going to try removing her permissions and adding them back to see if
this helps.
