Can't see a specific user in global address book

I've set up a new user on the Microsoft Exhange Server at work to keep track of peoples booked holidays on the calander

However, everyone on the domain can see this new user in the global address list except me. If i log onto my domain user area using someone elses computer i can see it, but if i'm logged onto the domain using my username on my computer i can't see it. I was thinking it could be an issue with Outlook 2003 or Windows XP (which i use) until I tried logging on using someone elses username on my computer and i could see it

Has anyone else experienced this same problem, or can anyone help me? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
 
Did you try creating a new mail profile for yourself on this computer?
