Can't Save Protected Presentations

in office powerpoint 2003 & 2007, whatever is the protection method i can't
save the presentation, when i try to close it the dialog "do you want to save
the changes you made to FILE?" appears, & clicking YES is like clicking
CANCEL, what is this problem?
 
i do not think so, i can't find it 2 know
