Can't save pictures from the internet or anything else...

For some reason i cannot save pictured from the internet
or save pictures that i have made with ms paint... Please
help me... i really need the help... thank you in advance
 
The reason why you cannot save Internet images is your cache is probably full, in IE,
tools, Internet Options, delete files.
What format are you trying to save your Paint images? Try this, import an image to
Paint with whatever file extension you are having problems with, this will reset the
file association.

well i did that but it didnt work.. when i try 2 save a
picture the internet freezes and it says not
responding...then i have to do ctrl + alt + del... then
it says end now.. and it doesnt save the pictures..
please help if you know what to do.. and thank you for
the advice Mary Sauer for the advice you gave me..
