Can't Save or open attachment

Hi all,

When I open or save attachment, it give me the error " Can't create file:
meeting.doc. Right-click the folder you want to crete file in, and then click
Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permission for the folder."

My user have the full permission on the folder and the drive as well. I had
check through KB and i found this article KB198083. It suggest to move the
Temp folder to other volume but it never said how to move. Can anyone tell me
how to move the Temp file to other volume and which Temp folder to move? Is
it the Temp folder under C Drive or the one under user profile? Or can
anyone provide some other way to solve my problem? Thanks in advanced for the
help.

This is a symptom of problems with a temporary folder Outlook uses to save
attachments. Use Google Groups to search this group for
"OutlookSecureTempFolder". The very first link you get will answer your
question.
