Can't save on my computer

Every time I try to save, it stops at 13-16% and then a
desktop crash. and it doesn't take me an hour to get to
13%, it takes 20 sec. 20 x 13 = 260... I wouldn't mind
waiting 4 min 20 sec for it.

I need 20.06Mo
I got 71.53Go

Maybe it's because i'm doing a small animation movie with
music and a lot of bitmap files (from paint, of course)

Also, whenever i'm playing it directly on Window Movie
Maker, it's real laggy and almost freezes...

but when I play the small percentage on Media Player,
goes like a charm.
 
Have you tried it without the music?

What format is the music?

Have you saved anything else from MM without a crash, or is this the first
time you used it?
