I have a problem, I can't save my movie to movie file.

I have a 4 min, 58MB condensed to 10MB project and when I choose the save to
movie file it tells me that it can't save due to
'Windows Movie Maker cannot save the movie to the specified location.
Verify that the original source files used in your movie are still available,
that the saving locations is still availble, that there is enough free space
avaiable, and then try again.'
I have plenty of space over 5Gigs, it wont save to any folder so not sure
about the location issues.. and free space.. I have plenty of space...I even
cleaned out the computer ran a disk defrag and cleaned the drive, internet
files etc... not sure why it wont save. I tried saving a smaller movie 1MB
that seemed to work. But a 30sec movie is not what I was going for. The
movie I am making is only 4 min. long.

It used to work... is there something else I could do? (oh yea I increased
my virtual memory as well.) I am so frustrated, I have made many movies
before and this has never happend.. I am lossing my mind..
Thanks,

This is the message everybody gets when there is a filetype that Movie Maker
doesn't like such as MPG, JPG, MP3. Take a look at the filetypes you are
using and you will see some of these types. Convert to WAV, WMA, AVI, BMP
etc... depending on audio/video/still and put those files in place of the
originals and you will likely be able to create your movie.
